OPPORTUNITY DRAWING FROM LUTHERAN SOCIAL SERVICES
The good people at Lutheran Social Services have helped us so much. Here’s
our chance to support them. We have “Opportunity Drawing” tickets
for a drawing to be held May 9th at the annual Golf Classic. The tickets
cost $10.00 each or 15 for $100.00. The Grand Prize is a New Orleans Getaway.
Other prizes include a TV and a cash prize. If you would like to help with
this project, please let us know in the church office.
QUILTS GROW FOR BIG FUNDRAISER PROJECT
Our Tuesday morning group is hard at work to produce a couple of quilts
that we will use for drawing prizes. Our local Thrivent chapter will be
matching our efforts up to $800.00. The funds will be used to help us restore
the Bouquet Campus. Tickets will go on sale as soon as we have pictures
or the quilts themselves to show you. If you would like to help sell tickets
– let us know.
