There are so many people out there praying for The Church of Hope. It is one of God’s great gifts to us that God hears these prayers, listens to these prayers and answers these prayers. People are praying for our return to our Bouquet Campus. People are praying that we continue to be a helping hand in this community. People are praying that we continue to be blessed by God with caring, generous disciples – members of the Body of Christ who will use their gifts to the glory of God. To borrow a phrase – it takes a village to make a church. It takes all of us working together, each using the gifts God has given us. If your gift is praying – pray! It makes a difference. If you encourage – then encourage! If you clean – clean for all you’re worth because you are worth a great deal in this Kingdom of God. File papers, care for children, teach, sew, weed, paint, smile, welcome, do input on the computer, share your treasures, learn and share your knowledge, sell, invite, talk, sing, play instruments, offer rides, take someone to lunch or dinner, call someone to show you care, donate – whatever thine hand findeth to do – do thy dog-gondest. God gave you gifts to use – use ‘em and thank God each and every day for the privilege.
