The pantry is located in our thrift shop, HOPE FOR A FIND, in the Soledad Shopping Center on Soledad Canyon Road just east of Sierra Hwy with the Canyon Country Post Office.

Our pantry is the only fulltime pantry in the Santa Clarita Valley. This is
made possible by our thrift shop, Hope for a Find.

People are able to come in for food any time we are open. All we require is proper ID. Boxes of food are available once every thirty days. We try to have bread available to everyone all the time.

If you need help with food, you only need come (with your ID) to the counter in the thrift shop and let us know you need food. We record your name, your ID and the date. It's as simple as that.

If you would like to help with the food supply, we accept donations any time during business hours. The following items are best for the pantry but whatever you have is welcome:
tuna pasta pasta sauce canned vegetables
ramen soup mac & cheese canned fruit

YOUR DONATIONS TO HOPE FOR A FIND HELP US KEEP OUR PANTRY OPEN AND AVAILABLE
TO THOSE IN NEED.

We are pleased to accept donations (through the front doors) anytime during business hours. We are able to process clothing, household goods, jewelry, toys, furniture, knick-knacks, things and stuff. The only items we cannot accept are mattresses, large appliances (Example: stoves and refrigerators), sofas and large stuffed furniture. Please feel free to call if you have any questions about your donations or need to make sure someone will be able to help you carry larger items.

The value of your donations is deductible -- we will be glad to give you a donation slip for your taxes.

We do not have a truck for pick-ups so we rely on your kindness to bring the donations to us. Your donations are sold to raise the cash needed to keep the doors open full time. We also give out clothing as the need arises and things we are not able to sell, we share with other agencies.

Shopping at Words of Hope helps us keep our pantry open and available to those in need.

Our little gift shop is located right next to our thrift shop and helps us
continue our work in the community. (See our pantry and Hope for a Find
information above.)

We are pleased to present a variety of styles ranging from country folk art,
French flea market and shabby chic with some surprises thrown in for fun. Please come in and take your time enjoying the treasures on display. You may just find that home accent you've been searching for or that perfect gift.
